Criteria represents the launch of an ambitious, coherent, and realistic project that—drawing on the experience, professionalism, and quality of service provided for nearly three decades by more than 250 certified technicians located in various geographic areas—has achieved:

BUILD

a single, agile, and efficient structure that provides its clients with multidisciplinary services on an international scale in a simple and straightforward manner.

The firm was officially established in July 2016 as a result of a collaboration agreement among various partners, who headed their respective regional expert appraisal firms and had been working for different insurance companies for more than 30 years.

Criteria thus brings together, under a single brand with a unified operational framework and structure, the resources from five Spanish expert firms, establishing itself as a nationwide firm with an operational center tailored to the services required by our main clients, but, thanks to its origins, it also has a network of experts coordinated from the vicinity of each of Criteria’s offices in various local and regional areas.

In 2018, the Spanish project was joined by our operations in the Americas, with offices in various countries that allow us to cover most of the American continent.

Criteria’s entire operating system revolves around a single management tool for the entire organization and the establishment of specialized units led and coordinated by managers with recognized prestige and experience in each of their respective fields and locations.
